Londonomics presents: RNA Ideathon

The Francis Crick Institute, Seminar Rooms, London, NW1 1AT
Tuesday 14th July 2026
Sponsored by Anthropic, Novogene & Flow.bio

Curious about how agentic AI can help your research?

Join us for an afternoon of collaborative discovery, where participants are invited to team up with flow.bio's AI agents to interrogate a large omics database in plain English. No coding required, we'll help you get everything set up - just ask the agents to pull the data, run comparisons, and surface patterns across thousands of RNA experiments. Dr. Manuel Corpas, Senior Lecturer in Genomics, AI, and Data Science at University of Westminster, will also introduce the ClawBio agent library, opening up access to even more tools and databases.

Your job is to ask the most ambitious questions you can think of, and use what comes back to generate novel hypotheses about RNA biology.
Come along by yourself, or form a team: the best novel hypothesis of the afternoon, as determined by our expert judges, will win £100.

Schedule
