LK Aerobic Gymnastics

LK Aerobic Gymnastics is a vibrant and inclusive gymnastics club based in Southport, dedicated to nurturing young athletes from recreational beginners to national‑level competitors. Founded with the goal of making aerobic gymnastics accessible and fun for all abilities, the club offers structured recreational sessions that focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, power, and balance through the British Aerobic Gymnastics Badge.
More advanced athletes are invited to join the squad program, where they receive tailored coaching and compete at Regional, National and International competition.
We are home to Many British Champions and both European and World Medalist.
