In the Midst of Life: Songs of Farewell and Reflection

Tickets are now only purchased on the door. This concert is organised and performed by Liverpool Renaissance Singers supplemented by a second choir, Musica Caelesti, both under the direction of Liam Owens. It is a meditation on mortality and hope through five centuries of sacred choral music featuring Herbert Howell's Requiem composed following the loss of his child and works from composers William Byrd, Robert Parsons, John Sheppard, William Mundy and John Taverner.
