Films at the Library - Power Station (12A)
Tiverton Library, Tiverton, EX16 6SA
Saturday 21st November 2026
Join us for a screening of Power Station at Tiverton Library!
Power Station charts the turbulent journey of activists Hilary Powell and Dan Edelstyn who set out to take their street in Walthamstow off the grid. From pitching the idea to their neighbours, sleeping on the roof of their homes, and launching a bid for a Christmas number one single, the film is a vibrant portrait of a neighbourhood, a prototype for a new way of living, and a testament to the power of art in galvanising a wider push towards sustainable alternatives.
Tickets are free, but please book in advance as spaces in the meeting room are limited. Please also be aware that the age rating for this film is 12A. If you'd like to go on a virtual tour of Tiverton Library ahead of your visit, you can do so here.
This event is supported by the National Lottery Community Fund and delivered in partnership with Sustainable Tiverton.
