Year 6 Open Evening 2026
Chatsworth Hall Theatre, Derby, DE65 6LU
Thursday 17th September 2026
We would like to invite you to our annual Year 5/6 Open Evening. This evening provides a great opportunity for prospective students and their parents/carers to tour our academy and meet our staff and current students with a range of presentations and activities. Presentations will start your tour in Chatsworth Hall Theatre or the Exam Centre with an introduction at 4:30pm, 5:15pm, 6:00pm. Following this you will have an opportunity to walk around the academy via a set route, where you will explore our specialised facilities and discover the vast curriculum on offer from Year 7 to Year 13.
In response to the exceptional interest in our Open Evening, we will be hosting an additional talk by the Principal at 6:30pm in Chatsworth Hall Theatre. Visitors booking at this time slot are welcome to arrive early and take the opportunity to explore the Academy before the presentation.
Please Note: The Academy site is very large and there are several staircases. Please let us know if you have any additional needs or require assistance. A BSL interpreter will be available if required. Please email [email protected].
