The Underground Revue: A night of burlesque & cabaret

✨ One night only. Beneath Stockport’s streets, things are getting deliciously strange. ✨

Descend into the basement for an evening of burlesque, drag, and cabaret. The Underground Revue brings together bold, brilliant performers for a night of glamour, mischief and just the right amount of chaos. Expect big personalities, unexpected turns and plenty of sparkle in the dark.

🎭 Featuring

COCO DEVILLE– The Cabaret Chameleon

• Described by AfroPunk as “changing the image of burlesque”, Coco Deville brings an irresistible mix of body positivity, conceptual costuming, dynamic dancing and sheer joy to the stage. With an eclectic repertoire, awards and critical acclaim behind her, expect feel-good cabaret with a brilliantly inventive twist.

FREIDA NIPPLES

• High glamour meets a wicked sense of humour in the hands of internationally travelled burlesque artist Freida Nipples. Blurring the lines between classic and neo-burlesque, Freida combines striking costumes, old-school bump and grind and plenty of comedic flair, inviting you into a world where glamour and ridiculousness can coexist beautifully.

MILD PERIL

• Mild Peril is a genderfuck Asian drag artist bringing camp, sex and political satire to the stage. Creator of alternative drag cabarets 101 Damn Asians and Avatar the Last Hairbender, and a finalist in Lipsync1000, Top of the Slops and NADC, you can usually find them dancing, stripping and/or terrorising an audience somewhere across the UK.

VIOLA VV FOX

• Manchester-based Viola VV Fox brings high energy, theatrical wit and an inventive streak to burlesque. With a performing-arts background and a love of storytelling, silliness and spectacle, she made her debut in 2025. Her Clockwork act winds together steampunk glamour, power and playful theatricality into something wonderfully distinctive.

And, guiding you through the evening’s glamour, mischief and mayhem is your host, Jinn Legion.

More surprises may yet emerge from the basement…!
