The Price Center at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, NY, 10461
Thursday, June 5 2025
The 2025 Jacobi Surgical Orthodontic Symposium is a full-day lecture focused on current topics facing orthodontists who treat surgical patients. This year, our 4th annual lecture, we will focus on several topics: orthognathic essentials, surgery-first and 3D printing in orthognathics and craniofacial care.
We will present lectures on 3D printing's role in orthognathic and craniofacial treatment, essential pearls for surgical ortho, a surgeon's perspective on what the orthodontist needs to know, the critical elements surgery-first treatment and the soft-tissue effects of orthognathic surgery. These topics offer important and useful practical information for orthodontists dealing with surgical patients. The goal of the symposium is to offer orthodontists, especially residents, an opportunity to understand their own role in how to guide patients through the entire surgical process.
