Cuppa, Cake & RELEASE

An intimate evening of words, reflection, journalling and letting go with author J.L. Givens.

Settle into a beautiful wee venue with a cuppa and a slice of cake, and give yourself permission to slow down for a while.

Through selected words from J.L. Givens' writing, we'll gently explore themes of trauma, healing, boundaries, self-worth and finding your way back to yourself.

There'll be guided journalling prompts and gentle boundary coaching, giving you space to reflect on the things you've carried, the things you're ready to release, and perhaps what you'd like to make room for next.

We'll close the evening together around the firepit, with a simple releasing ceremony — a chance to symbolically let go of whatever you no longer want to carry with you.

You'll also receive a little goodie bag to take home.
