The Homebuyer Starter Pack

Wondering what it really takes to qualify for a home?

Join Tamara Basore, Founder of Hyrise Community Housing, for an interactive workshop designed to help you understand exactly what lenders look for—and what you can start doing today to become mortgage-ready.

This workshop is focused on education, not sales. You'll learn how income, credit, debt, and savings work together, discover the most common mistakes that keep people from qualifying, and leave with a clear action plan for reaching your homeownership goals.

Your registration includes a printed Homebuyer Starter Pack workbook filled with practical exercises and resources to help you stay on track long after the class ends.

Teaching people how to qualify for a home—not just how to buy one.
