We are excited to announce that this years AGM will be held at Beggarwood Community centre with refreshments from 6.30pm and the starts prompt at 7pm.
You are invited to attend a short meeting to support the trustees of Hatch Warren & Beggarwood Community Association. The charity exists to provide, run and manage Hatch Warren & Beggarwood Community Centres and to provide social and educational facilities to improve the conditions of life for the residents of the community of postcodes RG22 and RG23. An update of our achievements and our plans for the future of HWBCA will be reviewed.
HWBCA are responsible for 2 community facilities and we have a lot of dedicated people who have given up their time, but we still need all of you to continue to support your centre. We need a minimum of 25 HWBCA members to achieve quorum, to vote on the night to keep us going for another year, don’t assume someone else will turn up on the night. We can’t survive without YOU!
Membership renewal is easy and costs £10 per year per family.
