Horsham Symphony Orchestra – November Concert
Join the Horsham Symphony Orchestra for an exciting afternoon of orchestral music at St Mary’s Church, Horsham.
Conducted by Steve Dummer, with Rachel Ellis as leader, the programme brings together four contrasting works:

• Britten – The Courtly Dances from Gloriana
• Elgar – Sea Pictures
• Sibelius – Symphony No. 7
• Copland – Quiet City

The concert promises a varied programme ranging from Britten’s elegant dance music and Elgar’s atmospheric Sea Pictures to the dramatic intensity of Sibelius’s Seventh Symphony and Copland’s evocative Quiet City.
