Suffolk Mama's Tribe in Framlingham- Pregnancy Circle with Purpose.
These circles are a warm welcoming space for women in any stage of pregnancy. As a qualified Doula I know how important it is for women to have real community around them during pregnancy and beyond, they are a special place to share honestly, learn together and find space to breathe and relax.
Circle include:
Meditation and gentle movement
Expert guest speaker or focus session
Sharing circle
Herbal tea and snacks.
