This session is called "From Functioning to Flourishing" creating your own unique conditions to thrive in a world built for one size fits all.
Caroline Prout is a coach and mentor who burnt out doing jobs she loved, and now helps people who look fine on the outside but feel exhausted on the inside find their way back to themselves.
