"Making Space for Calm"
Life can get very full, very quickly. Between business, family and everything else competing for our attention, it’s easy to become overwhelmed and feel as though looking after ourselves is just another thing to add to the list.
In Making Space for Calm, Lou from The Flow Space will share some of her own experience of overwhelm and burnout, and the things she has learned about protecting her headspace, reducing decision fatigue and creating more calm in everyday life.
This won’t just be a session to sit and listen to. You’ll have the chance to think about what’s taking up your own headspace, share your thoughts if you’d like to, and consider where you could remove, simplify or change something to give yourself a little more breathing room.
You’ll leave with some simple ideas to help you make space for yourself without another long list of things you “should” be doing.
Ticket also includes:
- The opportunity to introduce yourself and your business.
- Time to mingle and network.
- Bar and restaurant open to purchase food and drinks.
- A guest list for future self care and business events.
- Added to an optional Whatsapp group once you have attended the event.
- The opportunity to become part of Flourish Tribe online community for deeper connections.
- Children are welcome, the room is a contained room upstairs with areas to draw and play with any toys they bring.
