Arianna Lady Basco likes to make things like kids, songs, poems, films, plays, and spaces. Author of Palms Up, founder of arts collective Palms Up Academy, creator of original play Heart Storms, director of short film Glimmer, and co-star and co-writer of film The Fabulous Filipino Brothers available for streaming now. Lady Basco and her family were honored by the State of California and was named ‘The First Filipino Entertainment Family’ by the City of Los Angeles for their contribution to the arts. Bitter. Sweet. written by Tahirih Moeller is a series of Taylor and Leah’s failures. Taylor fails because she tries too hard and often comes off as desperate. Leah fails because she doesn’t try hard enough and comes off as uninterested. Leah fails in her relationship. Taylor fails in her career. The best friends have each other until Taylor’s lack of funds and behind payments on rent causes a rift in their friendship.
