Behind the Movement: A Studio Experience

Behind the Movement: A Studio Experience
An exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at where faith meets choreography.

Ever wondered how a spiritual concept or complex emotion translates into physical dance? Step inside the studio for Behind the Movement—an intimate, 60-minute backstage pass into the creative process of Glorify Performing Arts.

Skip the formal theater setup and pull up a chair right where the art is born. Designed for arts lovers, local creatives, and anyone looking for a relaxed, unique night out, this event pulls back the curtain on professional dance. No dance background or specialized knowledge required—just come as you are to enjoy beautiful movement, warm drinks, and engaging storytelling in an accessible setting.

What to Expect:

• Lobby Lounge (Pre-Show): Doors open 15 minutes before showtime. Grab a seasonal drink (ex. tea, apple cider), relax, and mingle in the lobby before stepping into the studio.
• Exclusive Live Performances: Experience three polished, original dance pieces performed live just feet away from your seat.
• Live Rehearsal Demo: Watch a "Director’s Commentary" breakdown as leadership and dancers demonstrate step-by-step how abstract theological ideas are built into choreography.
• Low-Pressure Conversation: Enjoy simple, insightful commentary with an optional, casual Q&A with the dancers at the end—participate as much or as little as you'd like!
