GFWI Christmas Angel Workshop

We are very pleased to offer you the chance to make one of these gorgeous Christmas Angels.

Many of you will have seen the lovely WI, Suffragette and Tooth Fairy Dolls, featured in your WI Life magazine.
Claire Salmon is the creator behind these fabulous dolls and this is your chance to join a one-day
workshop with Claire to make your own Christmas Angel.

Using machine and hand sewing, Claire will show you all the steps and lots of handy tips to make this charming Christmas Angel.
You can adapt and personalise your angel to create a unique keepsake or a special gift. The same pattern and method can then be used throughout the year to make a range of different dolls.

The workshop includes a kit of materials in a choice of colours and use of all equipment, including sewing machines. You’re also welcome to bring your own machine. Full written instructions and the pattern will be provided for you to take home.

Additional angel kits can also be purchased on the day for £4 each.

Places will be snapped up fast, so get your application in as soon as you can.

Hot drinks and biscuits will be available in the WI House kitchen. Donations welcomed.
