THE CHRISTOPHERS
Tintern Village Hall, Monmouthshire, NP16 6SY
Friday 11th December 2026 7:30PM
Directed by Steven Soderbergh
With Ian McKellen, Michaela Coel, James Corden, Jessica Gunning
A once-celebrated artist's children enlist a forger to access his unfinished canvases in a deceptive bid to secure an inheritance. Carried off with director Steven Soderbergh's characteristic panache, The Christophers is a superb two-hander featuring Ian McKellen and Michaela Coel at their very best.
“A deliciously sly, twisty, darkly comedic take on the art world starring Ian McKellen who has never been better on film.” Deborah Ross, Spectator
