Due to popular demand our enchanting grotto is back again this year! Meet Father Christmas in his spellbinding grotto.
Important Information
To help reduce the time spent queuing, we have 30 minute blocks and will have three sets of 10 min visits to see Santa. So we hope this gives you more flexibility for when you arrive and the longest you need to wait to see Santa is 10 mins.
Please book using your child's name. Santa's Elves can then call for your child by their name.
Due to the popularity, we can only permit two adults to accompany each child. If you would like more adults to see your child meet Santa, please purchase an additional ticket.
Please get your ticket from the booth at the entrance.
