FORUM Books Book Club - We Have Always Lived in A Castle
FORUM Books, Corbridge, NE45 5AW
Monday 26th October 2026 6:00PM
FORUM Books will now be hosting its very own book club on the last Monday of the month. Join our team of booksellers as we explore a fiction title each month; from staff favourites and backlist classics to the latest releases.
Eighteen-year-old Merricat may, or may not be, a mass murderer. Six years ago everyone in the Blackwood family was poisoned by sugar laced with arsenic – everyone, that is, apart from Merricat and her elder sister Constance. They live in peaceful, ordered isolation, away from prying eyes in designs on their father’s fortune. Whether by practical or magical means, Merricat will do whatever is necessary to protect their home.
Join us for an hour of informal conversation about the book. There is a 20% discount available on each month’s book club pick.
Please note that there is a limited number of tickets for each event and these will be allocated on a first come basis. We ask that all attendees have read the book in advance as there will be spoilers!
