La Dolce Vita : The Sweet Life, right here in the South Downs!
For one night only this summer, Findon Place transforms into a little slice of Italy under the stars. Sip chilled limoncello and clink Aperol Spritzes as Britain’s Got Talent winner Richard Hadfield serenades you with sun-soaked Neapolitan delights.

Pack your picnic, gather your friends, and meet us on The Great Lawn at Findon Place on 15 August 2026.
The night will sparkle with favourites including “Bella Ciao,” “Tu Vuo’ Fa’ L’Americano,” “Mambo Italiano,” “Caruso,” “’O Sole Mio,” “Time to Say Goodbye,” and many more.

Smoking:  NO SMOKING or E-Cigarettes are permitted on the lawns but there is a small smoking area where you may smoke and dispose of cigarette butts.
Are dogs allowed? Some of our audience members prefer to enjoy their theatre / picnics without canine accompaniment so as a rule we have a ‘No Dogs’ policy, this does not apply to ‘assistance’ dogs.
First Aid:  In the unlikely event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the Stewards who will ensure you are removed to an area of safety. In case of a fire the Meeting Point is outside the Church.
