Felsted Choral Society
Now operating independently from Felsted School, the choral society evolved from the school's choral tradition which can be traced back to the arrival of George Thorne at the school in 1922.
In 1978 Roger Lawrence became Director of Music and made it possible for singers not directly involved with the school to participate. It is now a friendly, non-auditioned singing community which is self-financing and self-governing, with Thomas Duchan as our current Director of Music.
