🍔 Hot Food Stalls

• To provide a varied food offering and give each vendor the best opportunity to trade successfully, we aim to accept only one vendor per cuisine or food category.
• A Miscellaneous Hot Food Stall option is also available for food offerings that don't fit within one of the individual cuisine categories, such as novelty foods, speciality snacks, or hot pastries.

• Outdoor market stalls are located on the Carnival field. Vendors must provide their own gazebo, tent, or suitable shelter.
• These stalls are ideal for crafts, baked goods, handmade products, retail items, community organisations, and other outdoor-friendly businesses.

• Indoor craft stalls are located under our covered marquee, providing additional protection from the weather. Tables and chairs are provided as part of your booking.
• These stalls are ideal for crafts, handmade products, artwork, and other goods that may be weather-sensitive.
