Enderby Band

The Enderby Band is a Championship Section Brass Band proudly based in the village of Enderby, Leicestershire.

Enderby Band was officially formed in 1895.  Around thirty years ago the band started to expand and widen its scope, expanding into the current organisation of five bands encompassing everything from training groups to wind bands.

The current membership of the band is a well balanced mix of players who have grown from within the Organisation, starting out in our Junior and Youth Bands, alongside a number of players from across Leicestershire and the wider East Midlands.
The Band often performs at local events and is a regular contributor to events at Leicester’s prestigious Curve Theatre and Hinckley’s Concordia Theatre.  The Band also has strong links and performs regularly with local Rock Choirs and has also featured in two productions of the stage musical ‘Brassed Off’ at the Little Theatre, Leicester and the Concordia Theatre.

The band’s philosophy is to perform to the highest standard possible, whilst still providing a good value and enjoyable entertainment experience for its audience and its players.
