Early Daze Coffee Mornings

This week I'm excited to welcome back Rebecca from Positive Beginnings.

Rebecca is a midwife who specialises in breastfeeding. She is a trained tongue-tie practitioner and lactation consultant - so if you're struggling with breastfeeding she's the ideal support. In her own words: "It is hard work but it is achievable and absolutely worth it, and I am here to help you every step of the way. I am passionate about seeing women and their families achieve a successful breastfeeding journey, learning together and growing a strong family bond."

When I started breastfeeding with my first I got some discomfort one side. It was my midwife who made a tiny adjustment to my daughters position which completely resolved it - almost instantly- making the rest of my breastfeeding journey a far more comfortable one.
