Beginnings
Oldham Theatre Workshop Studio, Oldham, OL1 1DN
Friday 7th August 2026
Beginnings is a multi-disciplinary performance piece created by our team of young people, built solely on original material, taking elements of our show from October 2025.
This episodic-style show explores a myriad of themes that all come from the experiences, interests and passions of the group. Featuring music, movement, dance and spoken word, the piece stands as a juxtaposition with traditional theatre pieces, introducing unorthodox elements like world carnival music and dance. This show provides a thought-provoking, emotional experience woven together by the themes of discovering your voice and a celebration of youth.
Martha Ritchie - Director/performer
Chloe Gorrod - performer/producer
Joseph Horrocks - performer/producer
Sienna Rathbone - performer/producer
Harvey Jones - performer
