History Has No Safe Word
Crediton Arts Centre, Devon, EX17 3AX
Saturday 21st November 2026 7:30PM
Professor Zangari's fading away.
Voted BBC2’s Open University's sexiest professor, his celebrated archeo-linguistics paper, “Graffiti, Women and the Walls of Pompeii,” is now a distant memory. Now, he can’t sleep, get published, or get laid.
At the sleep clinic, he's sleep-talking, channeling a Pompeian girl.
As researcher Callie captures his late-night mumblings, they're both sucked into the lives of those on the edge of destruction, some 2000 yrs ago.
