Creative Wakefield has partnered with the National Creative Health Hub at University of Huddersfield to host a focus group for Freelance Practitioners working in Creative Health (creative approaches and activities which have benefits for health and wellbeing).

The focus group is 90-minutes long. It will be led by Dr Stacey Durham and Dr Emma Andrews, University of Huddersfield and explore the following areas:

  • Skills gaps and training needs
  • Pathways into Creative Health work
  • Freelance/precarious working realities
The aim is to better understand what practitioners working in Creative Health actually need for the sector to grow in a sustainable way.

A bursary of £50 is available for participants. Places will be allocated first come, first served and priority will be given to Creative Practitioners living or working (creative studio or main place of work) in Wakefield district.

This event will take place during a Coworking Day hosted by Creative Wakefield. If you have any queries please get in touch: [email protected].
