Othello

Cork Shakespearean Company presents
William Shakespeare's
Othello

In a time of heroes, there was no greater general than Othello. Respected for his courage and leadership, he has won the heart of the beautiful Desdemona, and together they are secretly married, despite the obstacles that stand in their way. But while some men fight for honour and others for love, one man lives for revenge. Driven by jealousy and ambition, Iago sees an opportunity to destroy everything Othello holds dear.
Shakespeare’s Othello is a powerful tragedy of love, jealousy, betrayal and revenge, in which one man’s lies change lives forever.
