Cheshire Rural Touring Arts
Cheshire Rural Touring Arts (CRTA) is a network of villages across the Cheshire region who enjoy the challenge and excitement of choosing and staging high quality arts and entertainment events in their local village halls and community centres, as well as organising participatory arts events.
CRTA runs two seasons of performance in Spring and Autumn each year. Companies on the CRTA programme are selected from all over the UK and abroad and deliver high quality theatre, dance, music, comedy, family and live literature performances.
CRTA is one of 27 similar rural touring schemes operating nationally, all affiliated to the National Rural Touring Forum (NRTF).
CRTA is funded and supported by the Arts Council England, Cheshire West and Chester Council and Cheshire East Council.
