St Phillips and St James Church - a Labyrinth Walk

A chance to take part in a labyrinth walk inside the church, which is a form of walking meditation using a single, winding path to a centre and back out again.  It’s not a maze with dead ends, but a unicursal path designed to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and encourage spiritual contemplation, prayer or reflection. 

The time it takes to walk the labyrinth is entirely up to you.  We suggest arriving around 4pm to make the most of your visit.

This walk falls within Inter Faith Week but is a regular event at the church.
