1. Your Privacy Rights

This Supplemental United States (U.S.) and State Privacy Notice applies to residents of certain U.S. states with privacy laws, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Montana, Texas, Oregon, Delaware, Iowa, Tennessee, and Indiana. It supplements the information in our main Privacy Policy.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Right to Know – Request details about the categories and specific personal information we collect, use, and share.
Right to Delete – Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you.
Right to Correct – Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing – You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
Right to Data Portability – Request a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Data – Restrict the processing of sensitive personal data.

3. Data Collection and Sharing

We collect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. The categories of information we collect and share may include:

Identifiers (e.g., name, email, address, contact number, IP address)
Commercial information (e.g., purchase history)
Internet activity (e.g., browser, cookies or device information)

TicketSource will share personal information with the Event Organizer managing your booked event. We do not sell personal information, but we may share data with service providers for business purposes as permitted by law.

4. California Consumer Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information – California law states that if we engage in any data sharing practices that qualify as a "sale" or "sharing", you may opt out. TicketSource will never sell or share your personal information unless it is for managing your booking and as outlined in this supplemental and our main Privacy Policy. Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information – You can request limitations on the use of sensitive personal data by contacting us. Please note that TicketSource does not knowingly collect or require the collection of sensitive information.
Authorized Agents – You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.

5. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, and Texas Rights

Residents of these states have similar rights, including opt-out rights for targeted advertising, data sales, and profiling. TicketSource does not undertake targeted advertising, sell data, or conduct profiling activities. However, to exercise your rights, please email [email protected]

6. Utah, Iowa, Tennessee, and Indiana Rights

These states provide rights to access, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and certain data processing activities (such as selling personal data and profiling).
