Burton Concert Band
“…a wonderful evening in Burton…”
“…if you’ve never been to hear this stunning band, you don’t know what you’re missing…”
Burton Concert Band are a wind band of experienced musicians from Burton-upon-Trent, Derby and the surrounding areas. We enjoy a busy calendar of rehearsals, performances, social events and tours working with our professional conductor, Ed Temple.
We celebrated 30 years of music making in October 2023 and are still going strong today with regular concerts in Burton-upon-Trent, the midlands and further afield, including concert tours domestically and abroad!
The band have seen success when in competing in National competitions including a Boosey & Hawkes Gold Medal and the National Wind Band Finals. We're a friendly and diverse group and our rehearsals are professional-but-fun! You can get involved by joining us at one of our concerts or by joining us as a player.
