Playing and singing from memory

Paul Gill is a prolific tune writer and local singing coach. He knows more than most the benefits of being able to learn tune and songs form memory. Playing and singing from memory liberates you from the constraints of having to read music or dots. It is great exercise for the mind but more importantly enables you to engage with your audience and put expression into your performance.
