BBT Tourism Summit 2027

The Angel Hotel, Monmouthshire, NP7 5EN
Tuesday 20th April 2027 10:30AM
Hosted by Brecon Beacons Tourism, in partnership with Bannau Brycheiniog National Park Authority.
A shared destination. A year of opportunity.
The 2027 Tourism Summit brings local businesses and destination partners together to share perspective, make connections and explore what the year ahead means for tourism across Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) and the surrounding area.
Cycling and the Tour de France will put a spotlight on the area. Our conversation reaches wider: how accommodation, food and drink, retail, attractions, activities and events can work together to give visitors a memorable welcome and create lasting benefits for our communities.
With contributions from Steve Hughson, Visit Wales delegates and Owen Derbyshire, the National Park Authority’s new Chief Executive, we’ll explore tourism, the Tour de France and the opportunities ahead for showcasing our destination.
Expect time to listen, ask questions and share ideas, with practical conversations and networking across the destination. The full programme will follow.
Tuesday 20 April 2027, The Angel Hotel, Abergavenny. Arrive at 10am for coffee and networking; the Summit starts at 10.30am.
Tickets: £25 per person including the online booking fee. Booking opens at 10am on Tuesday 9 March 2027, six weeks before the event.
Please tell us each attendee’s dietary requirements when booking, including any food allergies, or enter “None”.
