Dads@ Branksome Presents: Brews & Braids

Do you find yourself in charge of your daughter’s hair styling for the week or even the day? Is mom away?

Don’t panic and do that same old basic ponytail - we’ve got you covered! 

Come join the Dads@Branksome and hone your hairstyling skills at an evening of laughter, libations and new connections. Brews and Braids Toronto and High Park Brewery will take us through a private, beginner friendly, hands-on hairstyling workshop. Each attendee will have their own mannequin head to practice on throughout the workshop and go home with a hairstyling kit to continue practicing what you’ve learned. A drink and finger foods are included with your ticket, and other drink specials and prizing will continue throughout the evening.

What’s Included: 
Each participant will receive:

• Their own mannequin head to practice on throughout the workshop
• A take-home hairstyling kit to continue practicing with their child
• All styling tools and products required during the session
• 1/2 hour of meet and greet, snacks and intro plus 1.5 hours of guided, hands-on instruction. One facilitator and 2-3 zone coaches.
• Practical tips, techniques and product recommendations
• Minimum One beverage and appetizers, pending final food arrangements 

The workshop will focus on detangling, preparing the hair, ponytails, three-strand braiding and other foundational styling techniques. The goal is for everyone to leave feeling confident, capable and excited to recreate these styles at home - no previous experience required!
