Sunset Harbour Discovery boat trip on Solar Heritage (departing Itchenor)

Itchenor Jetty, Itchenor, PO20 7AW, PO20 7AW
Saturday 14th November 2026 3:00PM
Cruise into the sunset at this special time of day on our eco-friendly solar-powered boat, Solar Heritage and listen to nature's soundscape as the evening draws in. A trip aboard offers a quiet and peaceful way to explore the harbour and discover the unique coastal habitats it has to offer. Our crew will provide light commentary as you travel and will be happy to answer any questions. The boat is open-sided with superb panoramic harbour views. There is a large, stable deck and freedom to move around once the trip is underway.  This trip is up to 1.5 hours duration.

**PLEASE NOTE There is a planned road closure on Stockbridge Road (the initial part of the main road to Itchenor and West Wittering from the A27 Chichester by-pass). This is a total road closure for essential gas main replacement from 10th October for up to 7 weeks (28th November 2026). An alternative route to Itchenor will need to be sought for example via the B2145 Hunston Road or via Appledram Lane South. Please consult an online mapping service for alternative routes and quickest route on the day. We hope this does not cause too much inconvenience but recommend allowing extra time for your journey. For further information please see https://www.westsussex.gov.uk/campaigns/sgn-stockbridge-road/
