Sweat & Social

Sweat it out with some Pilates sculpt and body weight moves before we socialize! Class is about 45 minutes followed by 1 free select beverage (includes soft drinks) and hang time with your fellow sweaters!
You’ll need a mat, water, and an optional towel for under your mat since we will be outside. Class starts at 2pm.
