Allow customers to 'pay what they can' for tickets in order to encourage new audiences to try new events.

At TicketSource, we have introduced a new flexible ticketing pricing structure that allows customers to pay what they can afford for tickets. A minimum price may be set, and a suggested price as guidance for the buyer.

The flexible pricing strategy is designed to eliminate many disadvantages of conventional pricing structures. The strategy can eliminate the fear of whether the event would be worth the set cost and, therefore, reduce the risk of disappointment. They can also save the event organiser time coming up with the "right" price for their tickets.

Adopting a flexible strategy can be used as an effective tool for attracting new attendees to your event, changing your whole relationship with the customer from a price-based conflict to a win-win exchange centred on value and trust.

Note: Feature currently not available for ticket exchanges.
