- Your dining time slot will be sent to you via email within 5 working days of your booking. If you would like to request a certain time slot, please contact Black Horse Beamish directly.
- If you are booking your ticket to join an existing party, please contact Black Horse Beamish.
- You will receive an email with the link to pre-order your meals. All pre-orders must be submitted by 25th November. Failure to submit your pre-order in time, will result in a default selection being served (Soup, Turkey and Christmas Pudding).
- If you choose to book via our deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid by 25th November. Contact Black Horse Beamish directly to pay any outstanding amount. If the remaining balance is not paid by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and any monies already paid will be forfeited.
