My Granny Went to Scotland with Mike Nicholson (ages 3-5)
Balfron High School, Balfron, G63 0PW
Sunday 6th September 2026
Mike’s love of stories began through comics, cartoon books and library trips where he discovered a love for mystery, adventure and science fiction.
Mike writes picture books and mystery stories for children. He loves creating books which create intrigue and make readers smile – picture books as guessing games, and novels which are classic ‘whodunnits’ with clues to solve, twists and turns, cliffhangers, and villains to unmask.
Join Mike for a fun, interactive session based around his book 'My Granny went to Scotland and she brought back..'.
CHILDREN SUPERVISION POLICY
Parent/carers of children are required to stay with their child during the workshop.
Sessions will be supervised by PVG-checked volunteers.
