TicketSource’s data protection compliance has been assessed against the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, and we have confirmed that we meet the requirements of this regulation. Please note the following clarifications:
The TicketSource servers are located in the United Kingdom, and our Sub-Processors are located in the United Kingdom, Europe or the United States. When using TicketSource, your personal data will be transferred overseas to these stated locations. We ensure that your personal data is protected in accordance with New Zealand data and security standards.
If you are unhappy with how TicketSource has processed your personal data, you may, in the first instance, contact our Data Security Officer by emailing [email protected]
If you remain dissatisfied, you can complain directly to the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.
