The Abbey Players
Founded in 1987, the Abbey Players are a fun-loving amateur dramatics society that regularly stages sell-out pantomimes at the Abbey Theatre, Nuneaton.
In 2018 they staged their first full-length play "No Sex Please - Were British!" which was well received and has led them to producing an annual full-length comedy play.
Additionally, they have had great success in national drama competitions, with their critically acclaimed one-act play entries winning multiple awards, and have reached the semi-final of the All England Theatre Festival on several occasions.
The Abbey Players adhere to the Abbey Theatre's Minimum Age Policy.
Children under 3 are not admitted as they may cause disruption to other theatre users. A ticket is required for every person entering the theatre.
