Elite Stroke Performance Sessions
Four dedicated pool sessions providing live, in-depth coaching, individual feedback, and race strategies directly from stroke specialists:
08:00-18:00 on both Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th December.
Catering
Please note, no food will not be provided throughout the day, therefore you are required to bring your own.

- Focus: Build swimming-specific strength, power, mobility, and athletic performance through practical land-based training.
- Focus: Master the daily recovery habits, movement quality, and injury prevention techniques that keep elite athletes healthy and consistent.
- Focus: Mindset tools to build confidence, handle competition pressure, manage setbacks, and maintain focus.
- Focus: Optimizing the small margins outside the pool—sleep, nutrition, recovery, and balancing training with everyday life.
- Focus: Developing trust, effective communication, and accountability to get the most out of every training session.
- Focus: Dedicated workshops equipping parents with practical, evidence-based guidance on youth athlete development, nutrition, and home support.
