MUSEUM : Pottering Around Our Prehistoric Past talk

Join antiquarian and potter John Martin for an inspiring talk exploring the craft and creativity of prehistoric pottery.
John will demonstrate how he recreates Neolithic and Early Bronze Age vessels from Ulster, using archaeological reports, traditional materials, tools and techniques to understand how they were made.
Through hand-building replica pots, he offers fresh insight into the skill, patience and choices of their original makers, and brings the ancient craft of pottery vividly to life.
