Join us at SomePeople for an informal closing celebration of the Alright Mate? Festival. After a month of workshops, performances, screenings, food, music and conversation, we’re bringing everyone together for one final evening to celebrate.
There’ll be a DJ, drinks and plenty of time to hang out, catch up with familiar faces and meet new people. Whether you’ve been along to events throughout the festival or this is your first one, you’re very welcome to join us.
This event is part of the Alright Mate? Festival, a programme of creative and social events opening up conversations around men’s mental health and wellbeing as part of the wider Movember campaign. You’ll see plenty of conversation around men’s mental health online throughout Movember, but these events offer a chance to experience that conversation in person, meet others and make it feel a little more real.

Alright Mate? is an award-winning Devon arts organisation using creativity to normalise conversations about men’s mental health. By bringing artists, local organisations and communities together, they create welcoming opportunities for men to connect, share experiences and seek support before reaching crisis point.
