My My My Delilah
Tetbury Goods Shed, Tetbury, GL8 8EY
Sunday 28th February 2027
Following their acclaimed “A Pocket Opera”, CarmenCo present "My, My, My, Delilah!" A concert/play telling Delilah’s story from her point of view. What really motivated her infamous betrayal of Samson? Who was she trying to impress? Was she jealous of his hair? And why is she on stage now, playing a flute??
A tale of rivalry, power dynamics and vanity combining world-class classical music and comedy from supremely talented CarmenCo trio. “My, My, My, Delilah!” is by turns moving, irreverent and laugh-out-loud funny, always beautifully performed on flute/voice and two guitars.
Playing entirely from memory, award-winning CarmenCo move through the audience and involve them in dialogue. A brilliantly accessible, fun way to present classical music.
