I Swear - Ware's the Film Festival

This October, we’re delighted to bring back Ware’s the Film Festival! The week long event will include a showcase of popular films in different venues across the town. Sit back, relax and enjoy a film in a venue a little different to the norm. To allow as many people as possible to join in, tickets are offered for FREE on a first come first served basis.

Inspired by the extraordinary true story of John Davidson, I Swear is a powerful and deeply human journey of resilience, acceptance and belonging. When unexplained tics and involuntary swearing turn John’s world upside down, he is met with fear, cruelty and misunderstanding. But through friendship, compassion and his own determination, John transforms adversity into a mission to change how the world sees Tourette syndrome. A moving celebration of courage, dignity and the life-changing power of empathy.
