Meet The Players
The Duke of Cumberland, North Ferriby, HU14 3JP
Tuesday 24th November 2026 7:00PM
Our first Meet the Players event of the 2026/27 Premier League season sees us make a return to the Duke of Cumberland, High Street in North Ferriby, where we are delighted to be joined by Tigers midfielders Matt Crooks and Elliot Stroud.
Crooks career has seen him play not only in several different leagues but in different countries as well. Among others he has turned out for Acrington Stanley in League 2, Rangers in the Scottish Premiership and Real Salt Lake in the MLS in America, before signing for City in January 2025. While his combative style has led him to fall foul of referees on more than one occasion it has made him a firm favourite with City fans, with the cry of "Treeee" echoing around the MKM.
Swedish international Stroud started his professional career at IK Oddevold. He then moved on to top division side Mjallby, helping them secure their first ever league title, before signing for the Tigers in August this year. 2026 also saw him part of the Sweden squad at the FIFA World Cup and he's since earned 6 caps for the Swedish national side.
Entry to this exiting event is by ticket only. They are free to members of the Official Supporters Club and only £5 to non-members. These are always great nights so book early to avoid missing out.
