FoStA Summer Concert | Yuanfan Yang | Piano

Our Summer Concert is now just around the corner, and on Saturday 11 July we are thrilled to welcome back the outstanding pianist Yuanfan Yang. When he last performed at St Andrew’s in 2023, he received a standing ovation, and we are delighted that his increasingly busy international career has brought him back to Colyton.

Yuanfan is an award‑winning pianist and composer, known for performances with leading orchestras worldwide and for his extraordinary flair at the keyboard. The programme will include much‑loved works by Mozart, Chopin and Rachmaninoff, alongside his own compositions.

Adding something truly special, Yuanfan will also improvise live, creating music in the style of composers suggested by the audience - a dazzling display of spontaneity, wit and musical imagination. No two performances are ever the same.

With Pimms and canapés to complete the occasion, this promises to be a joyful, sociable Summer evening and a highlight of the FoStA calendar.

Do come and join us—but do book soon!
